YOUNG people are at risk of sexual exploitation, cyber-bullying and being used as currency on the dark web, according to a report on children and rapidly advancing technology. Almost a fifth of Australian teenagers have experienced cyber-bullying and been exposed to inappropriate content on the internet, the UNICEF research found.
